Common questions.
Do you guarantee Google will issue credits?
No. Google decides every credit. We give you the documentation and the lead-quality picture you need to ask. Whether they grant a credit is between you and Google.
How does my lead data stay private?
Phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We also store a one-way HMAC hash for matching. Decryption happens only when an authorized user opens the lead in your dashboard.
What format do you import today?
Local Services Ads CSV exports. Direct Google Ads API sync is on the roadmap and requires Google's developer-token approval, which takes weeks.
Who is on my team?
You invite teammates with one of three roles: owner, admin, or member. Every action they take writes to a per-organization audit log.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.
